After School Teacher                     

Full-Time (Mon-Fri, 3pm-7pm)

$11-$12/hr

• 1 week paid vacation,

• 5 paid sick days,

• CDA, Early Childhood Education degree, or 18+ credits in Early Childhood Education

• 2+ years of experience in childcare related fields

• Experience with building and following teaching curriculums and child assessments

• Familiarity with Keystone Stars, PA Standards, and NAEYC

• FBI, Criminal Background, Child Abuse Clearances

• Two recommendation letters about previous childcare work experience

• Health Assessment

• Love and dedication for work with children

We are looking for a creative, responsible, and organized teacher for a full time position in our After School classroom. The responsibilities of the job include:

• Managing a classroom with elementary/kindergarten school children

• Assisting children with homework

• Following director’s instructions

• Assessing children

• Distributing food

• Running teacher-parent meetings

• Keeping the classroom well organized and clean

• Performing related duties as assigned
